What’s the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Delivery Implementation Manager to lead the successful execution of client implementation and delivery projects within the payments industry. Reporting directly to the Regional Head, the ideal candidate will take full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives. This individual must possess a strong sense of accountability, a proactive “doer” mindset, and the ability to thrive in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What will I be doing?
- Own end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution and closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during the implementation phases (ideally after the solution and design phases are concluded)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain delivery momentum
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reporting progress to senior leadership
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Head to align delivery outcomes with regional business strategies
- Continuously improve implementation methodologies and best practices based on lessons learned
- Represent the company with professionalism in client-facing engagements, fostering strong relationships
What skills do I need?
Experience : 5+ years in project management with a proven track record in the payments or fintech industry; mid to high-level technical or domain knowledge preferredExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication in English; fluency in additional languages is a plusProficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Agile, Scrum, PMP certification is a plus). Proficiency with organizational tools and CRMs (e.g., Excel, Hubspot, Monday)Highly ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient in overcoming challengesHands-on mentality; willing to roll up sleeves and drive progress directlyCommunicative and persuasive, with the ability to align diverse stakeholdersCommitted to continuous improvement and operational excellenceWhat do we offer?
