Snapshot of the Candidate’s Day As the Account Executive for LATAM in the Food Science Division, you will be at the forefront of one of the largest and fastest growing areas within Food Science Division . Your daily activities will include promoting and selling Bio-Rad Food Science products and services, such as the CFX Opus platform, iQ-Check Kits, ddPCR platform, and the full portfolio of Food Science Division products. You will utilize our CRM system to prospect new accounts, qualify leads, and manage relationships with established accounts and channel partners. Additionally, you will provide technical customer support, including installation and training on Food Science products and services. Travel up to 50% will be required to support sales activities and achieve pre-defined business objectives. How the Candidate Will Make an Impact Maintenance and growth of business in Food Safety diagnostics across LATAM (excluding Brazil) utilizing Bio-Rad’s complete workflow solution of instruments, reagents and consumables. Prospecting new customers, qualifying leads and converting to Bio-Rad’s Food Science Division portfolio of products. Building renewable relationships with existing and new customers for Bio-Rid Food Science Division by providing workflow solutions and consultory technical support. Working in collaboration with distributors and internal stakeholders to achieve plans for the region. Travel up to 50% of the time for account management, prospecting, and technical support / training. What the Candidate Brings Education : BS, MS, or PhD in Microbiology, Food Science, Life Science discipline or equivalent experience. Fluent in English. Work Experience : Minimum of 5 years food science technical sales experience preferably with PCR technology.
