Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee and optimize our operational processes.

This role is vital for achieving operational excellence and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning :

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals
  • Collaborate with leadership to set operational objectives and KPIs

Production Management :

  • Oversee manufacturing processes for storage products
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

    • Supply Chain Optimization :

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Develop strategies to minimize costs and reduce lead times

    • Quality Control :

  • Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
  • Implement quality management systems and continuous improvement processes

    • Inventory Management :

  • Optimize inventory levels to balance cost control with product availability
  • Develop forecasting models to anticipate inventory needs

    • Team Leadership :

  • Manage operations staff including production, logistics, and warehouse teams
  • Provide mentorship and training to develop team capabilities

    • Process Improvement :

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline operations
  • Lead lean / six sigma initiatives to enhance operational performance

    • Compliance :

  • Ensure operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and certifications

    • Requirements : Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

    • Certifications :

  • Lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Experience :

  • 7+ years of operations experience with at least 3 years in a management role
