To meet this surge in global demand, we’re expanding our sales team — and we’re looking for a world-class Senior Account Executive to help lead the charge.

About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from qualification to close. You’ll partner closely with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and the Head of Sales to convert high-intent inbound demand while also driving outbound opportunities across key behavioral health segments.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll refine our sales motion, influence product direction through customer insight, and help build the foundation for a global revenue engine.

What You’ll Do Full-Cycle Sales Execution

  • Own the entire sales process from discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Convert large ACV prospects across therapist groups, psychology clinics, multi-disciplinary practices, and health organisations.
  • Deliver world-class demos tailored to client workflows, pain points, and value drivers.
  • Manage multiple complex opportunities while maintaining pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
  • Drive expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Collaboration & Growth Impact

  • Partner closely with SDRs to improve lead quality, ICP alignment, and outbound strategy.
  • Provide product feedback from prospects to help influence roadmap and positioning.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead nurture flows.
  • Help build playbooks, processes, pricing strategies, and best practices for scale.
  • Data-Driven Performance

  • Track performance rigorously using CRM, sales engagement tools, and data dashboards.
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Improve conversion rates across each stage of the funnel through testing and iteration.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • 3–6+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to SMB or mid-market.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Exceptional communication, demoing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong discovery capabilities and an ability to map value to customer workflows.
  • High autonomy — you thrive in rapid-growth environments with evolving processes.
  • A builder’s mindset : curiosity, humility, ownership, and pace.
  • Experience selling healthcare, EHR, practice management, or workflow SaaS (bonus, not required).
  • Comfort with global time zones — our customers span the U.S., UK, EU, Australia, and NZ.
