- We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead the deployment of our Global Business Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and logistics, with at least 4-6 years of experience.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment of our platform, assisting in performing analysis during solution identification phase, collecting required information for change impact analysis and facilitating its execution and resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the deployment of the Global Business PlatformPerform As Is analysis during Solution Identification phaseCollect required information for Change Impact analysisFacilitate impact analysis execution and resolutionProvide expert knowledge of subject area and project methodologyWrite and review Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)Support development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scriptsDevelop and coordinate communication materials related to New Ways of WorkingIdentify training needs and conduct trainings for end usersLog risks and issues that appear during configuration, training or other activitiesFollow through on resolution of those issuesPerform analysis during Ramp-up phase and propose corrective actionsIdentify improvement opportunities and integrate best practices for future resolutionCapture lessons learned and best practices from each implementationEnsure adequate hand over to Business as Usual (BAU) after Stabilization phaseRequired Skills and Qualifications
