Overview

Project Manager 3 (Design / Engineering) Manages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget / spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Escolaridad Minima / Universidad Completa-Bachelor Degree on Engineering or Business

Años de Experiencia

5+ years of experience working on NPI environment for electronic industry

Knowledge on SMT process

5+ years of experience managing large group of people.

Responsibilities

• Set NPI Process for existing and new customers
• Manage the group of Project Managers working on the introduction of New Products.
• Drive internal cadence to ensure milestones are met for individual projects.
• Communicate NPI Plan and Projects to staff
• Develop Process Improvement Plan for NPI Process as part of Continuous Improvement
• Manage the NPI Roadmap to adequately plan resources and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Drive a smooth introduction of new products in the plant, by coordinating all the different functions in the plant in preparation of new businesses.
• Manage a group of Project Managers in the most efficient way to execute multiple projects simultaneously, using proper methodology, cadence and KPI.
