Proposal Specialist

A Snapshot of Your DayAs Proposal Specialist you will be responsible for designing, planning, and scheduling proposals.

This role gathers cost data, timelines, and technical elements to prepare proposals in accordance with Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications.

The specialist coordinates the collection and consolidation of cost, schedule, and performance inputs from functional departments.

Coordinates activities and participate in research meetings.

Register opportunities on Salesforce platform, participate in forecast cost reviews and pricing discussions with management and provide follow-up of opportunities with customers.How You'll Make an Impact Analysis of customer scopes and specifications.Follow-up on proposal preparation procedures as well as identifying and implementing process improvements.Assignment of tasks to the team to meet proposal submission deadlines as well as Generation of cost calculations and sales price.Analysis and evaluation of technical, commercial, exchange rate risks and preparation of cash flow.Cost and technical solution analysis to identify possible improvements or cost optimization.Register offers on Salesforce platform and prepares regular reports for visualize status and sales forecast.What You Bring Education, Completed Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics or related fieldsProfessional Experience, at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.Technical Knowledge, Knowledge of technical and economic proposal preparation processes, participation in public and private tenders, knowledge of projects involving electrical, control, and automation systems.Languages, intermediate - advanced EnglishAnalysis of required scopes and specifications, design of control concept and assignment of tasks to the team, generation of cost calculations and final price analysis.

Collaboration with Sales and Purchasing teams to align sales strategyHigh sense of commitment and responsibility, results-oriented, analytical ability.About the teamThe selected person will work jointly with the Company's Factory Management, commercial, engineering and procurement teams and other support areas of the Company to meet submission deadlines delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.Who is Siemens Energy?
