This role is part of our S2P Operational team, focusing on Travel & Expense within the Americas region. We strive for operational excellence, controls, and compliance while contributing to the global S2P continuous improvement agenda.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational SME : A subject matter expert for regional sub-process operations.
  • Communication : Interpreting user experience and converting it into impactful improvements.
  • System Knowledge : Proficient in Concur, Ariba, SAP S4, and Service Now.
  • Flexible Mindset : Contributing to all operational areas of Source to Pay where required.
  • Agile : Participating in agile deployment initiatives and prioritized operational initiatives.
  • User Experience : Maintaining customer feedback loops and translating feedback into tangible improvements.
  • External Insights : Leveraging external networks to continuously reference and validate Astellas performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborating across Procurement, Finance, Ethics Compliance, IT, Tax, and relevant business users.
  • Continuous Improvement : Driving efficiency through automation, AI-driven purchasing experiences, and seamless workflows.
  • Operational Performance : Enabling best-in-class transactional performance and high BPO service quality.
  • Customer Service Focus : Providing strong customer service focus when discussing S2P operational processes.

Required Qualifications :

A Bachelor's degree, 5+ years' experience in similar roles, fluent written and spoken business English and Spanish, and excellent organizational skills.
