Descripción del trabajoDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality software features and systems. Collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards. Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of applications. Work in alignment with US time zones for effective team collaboration. 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of modern software development practices. Proven ability to work independently in distributed, multicultural teams. Excellent communication skills in English.
