Work you'll do / Responsibilities

As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them with Change Management design, development, and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business process. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities :

• Support design, development and delivery of communication materials and communication while executing on the overall project timeline and key milestones
• Utilize strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills while exercising judgement and managing ambiguity
• Execute ideas and concepts effectively under pressure with tight deadlines
• Learn, apply, and communicate business-related concepts and ideas
