UPS is looking for you to support our internal operations and coordinate with external service providers. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where innovation and teamwork are key. Job Summary As part of our operations center, you’ll deliver exceptional service to internal customers, manage external performance metrics, and support process automation and training initiatives. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools and systems to streamline logistics and enhance service delivery. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and respond to internal inquiries. Monitor and improve External Vendors performance using data-driven insights. Stay up to date with UPS products, services, and industry trends. Operate and train others on relevant software and devices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. ️ Technical Tools You'll Use Postman : Create and test API queries (SOAP / XML & REST / JSON), monitor UPS API forecasts. Power Automate : Automate reports, label generation, chatbot alerts, and system queries. Excel Macros : Query systems (ISPSYS, OPSYS), manage exceptions, and integrate UPS APIs. CODS Desktop App : Manage COD accounts. GTS (Global Timecard System) : Track and update delivery volumes. DIR : Analyze delivery and pickup data with coordinates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in : Electronic Communications, Computer Sciences, Mechatronics, Software Design Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, APIs, automation tools). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). English proficiency (80% – must understand technical documentation). Availability to work flexible shifts (Monday to Friday, 08 : 00–18 : 30).
