At Grupo Bocar we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to help you develop your skills in recruitment and selection.
We are seeking undergraduate or master’s students in their final semesters from : Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Location : Periférico Sur, CDMX
Area : Talent Acquisition – Human Resources
Schedule : Part-time, 8 : 00 am to 2 : 00 pm (6 hours daily)
Activities
- Develop skills in recruitment and personnel selection
- Support and follow-up of candidates in process
- Conduct job interviews
- Administer psychometric tests
- Collaborate in Onboarding processes
