Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership to internal Vertiv functions — marketing, sales, application engineering, customer technical support, service, and manufacturing.
• Lead technical development.
• Collaborates with other groups, including Electrical, Mechanical, Control engineers, System test, customer support, and manufacturing.
• Design and perform testing plans.
• Work closely with technicians and junior engineers, providing technical support and guidance.
• Assist with troubleshooting of escalated or recurring field issues.
• Assist with creation, reviewing, and systems-entry of new product specifications, ECNs, tests, procedures, user manuals, submittal drawings, and sales literature.
