Compliance Specialist Role

Overview :

The Compliance Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our compliance program in Mexico and Central / South America.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate employee training on compliance policies and practices to ensure seamless implementation across the organization.
Identify and report compliance issues, irregularities, and violations promptly to mitigate potential risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Track relevant changes to Mexican law and maintain accurate records of compliance activities to demonstrate proactive approach to risk management.
Monitor third-party due diligence and ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures to maintain trust and confidence with stakeholders.

Requirements :

Applicants should possess :

A 4-year degree in Law or related field.

At least 2+ years of experience in Compliance leading investigations with a strong analytical mindset.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to navigate complex compliance landscapes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
