Location : MonterreyFunction : Digital & TechnologySub Function : Digital & Technology - Other SupportType of Contract : PermanentMain Purpose of the RoleEnable the delivery of maximum value from supplier contracts by acting as a key business partner.

This role serves as the interface between Heineken and its strategic suppliers, driving relationship and performance management to support Heineken's Procurement ambitions.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as the business partner to internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers across 8 OpCos in the Caribbean & Andes region.Support the execution of Heineken's Procurement strategy through supplier performance and relationship management.Consolidate and validate business requirements for sourcing events, working closely with local and global buying teams.Lead administrative execution of contracts in collaboration with sourcing specialists.Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and SLAs; report results and proactively intervene to resolve performance issues.Manage supplier development programs focused on service, quality, and sustainability compliance.Resolve operational conflicts, ensuring win-win agreements between suppliers and business stakeholders.Identify opportunities and risks within contracts, and implement initiatives that generate value.RequirementsEducation : University degree.Experience : Minimum 5 years in procurement, contract management, or supplier relationship management.
