Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage a portfolio of commercial and SMB accounts, prioritizing opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and promote UL’s trusted products and services.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to build credibility and influence decision-makers.
  • Own the sales cycle from discovery to close, with support from Sales Specialists and Inside Sales Executives.
  • Drive renewals and upsell opportunities, ensuring continued value for our clients.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to introduce specialty products and services.
  • Qualify new leads from inbound and outbound channels, converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Support strategic account planning, contributing insights and identifying growth opportunities within your specialty area.
  • Partner with GAMs and SAMs to enhance multi-year plans and drive success across the broader sales ecosystem.
