Regional Sales Manager Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing business opportunities with OEM, distributor, and strategic end-user accounts within an assigned territory. This includes promoting sales of high-precision gearing product lines, increasing market share, and exceeding established sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ME or EE) combined with at least three years of industrial automation sales experience. They should also be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and have excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be able to interact with people of all levels of staff and management and diverse backgrounds. Strong technical knowledge of the motion control industry is essential for this position.
