We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused industrial / manufacturing technician to join our team in Guadalajara!

Responsibilities

  • Provide Technical Support – Answer calls and emails from local dealers to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Lead Training Events – Deliver in-person and virtual training to dealers and installers.
  • Perform Site Visits – Support installations, perform diagnostics, and ensure customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

  • Experience with high-speed doors, industrial equipment or mechanical / electrical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in Spanish & English.
  • Willingness to travel within Mexico for training and support.
  • 2-3+ years experience in a technical support role, preferrable in a manufacturing setting
  • Working knowledge of / experience with mechanics, electrical panels, VFD drives, PLCs and industrial controls
  • 4Front Engineered Solutions is a leader in the door and docking industry. This role supports High Performance Doors, under the brand names Dynaco, Albany, and TKO, manufactured in Kenosha, WI.
