- Client Relationship Management : Manage a portfolio of multinational clients, focusing on Korean MNCs. This includes acting as lead relationship manager for certain subsidiaries and representing the bank to corporate clients.
- Business Development : Identify new business opportunities within the client base. Expand the bank's reach by engaging with clients and promoting transaction banking products and services.
- Strategic Support : Assist in structuring and negotiating financial solutions, such as credit facilities and transaction services. The role involves preparing client presentations and collaborating on documentation review and pricing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with teams to identify cross-selling opportunities. Coordinate with support units to ensure seamless execution and client onboarding.
- Risk Management : Analyze clients' creditworthiness and prepare proposals using internal risk assessment tools. Monitor credit line usage to ensure compliance with bank policies.
- Operational Oversight : Supervise the implementation and performance of transaction banking services. Conduct annual reviews and maintain records in CRM systems.
