Challenges You Will Face :

• Create and develop a Change Management plan aimed at driving the rapid adoption of new business processes and / or technology being implemented in a project.
• Identify impacted audiences by the solution being implemented, assess the impact of the change on each, and propose mitigation actions.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, seeking to secure leaders' commitment to achieving project success.
• Put people at the center by developing strategies to support them through the transformation of their organization.
• Co-create with the client to develop training and communication materials (as outlined in the Change Management plan).
• Implement adoption strategies to ensure the change occurs.
• Lead your own team according to the project's scope.
• Actively work as a mentor for other team members to assist them in their career development.
