We invest in training and are committed to in-house promotion.Cuidar, mantener, desarrollar y asegurar la rentabilidad de las cuentas clave de TIBA desde el ámbito comercial y con la colaboración de todas las áreas de la empresa involucradas con el servicio a la cuenta, identificando la expectativa del cliente, sus requerimientos específicos, proponer mejoras e implementarlas. Desarrollar nuevos negocios, cotizar oportunidades y fidelizar las cuentas.
• Dar seguimiento a los KPI’s operativos, administrativos y de servicio, asegurando el cumplimiento de las expectativas de las cuentas clave asignadas.
• Elaborar y coordinar planes de acción con las áreas involucradas para atender requerimientos y desarrollar comercialmente las cuentas.
• Realizar la proyección y monitoreo mensual del crecimiento de las cuentas (facturación, margen, operaciones, estatus TIER, etc.).
• Comunicar acuerdos y compromisos con los departamentos internos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
• Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en cuentas VIP, A o clientes potenciales, ofreciendo el portafolio de soluciones de TIBA.
• Preparar cotizaciones y tarifarios personalizados para cerrar nuevas oportunidades.
• Dar seguimiento a quejas, garantías y temas postventa para mantener la calidad del servicio.
• Identificar y difundir noticias relevantes de comercio exterior que impacten a nuestros clientes.
• Coordinar reuniones, visitas o viajes que fortalezcan la relación y fidelización con el cliente.
• Gestionar la actualización de tarifas al vencimiento y comunicar los nuevos costos al cliente.## Working at our company provides : ##
