Job Opportunity : Senior Brand SupervisorWe are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our brand strategy and execute innovative marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute complete marketing strategies driven by deep knowledge of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including omnichannel advertising and new media platforms.
- Lead the development of brand positioning plans, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
- Analyze market data and KPIs to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing performance.
- Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably with brands.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including consumer insights, branding, product P&L, and business KPIs.
- Proven ability to execute digital and TV campaigns, with expertise in Nielsen, Excel, and Kantaar data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all organizational levels.
