About this role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our financial operations in Mexico. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily account reconciliations, including internal accounts, receivables / payables, and bank accounts, to ensure consistency between records and actual balances.
- Perform regular reconciliations with customers and suppliers, prepare and confirm reconciliation statements, and follow up on discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, providing accurate, complete, and reliable data to support financial reporting.
- Establish and maintain reconciliation records and processes, continuously optimize reconciliation mechanisms, and enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other ad-hoc supporting tasks as designated by management.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (accounting background preferred).3-5 years of professional experience.Strong understanding of accounting compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).Ability to work independently, with high responsibility and attention to detail.Proactive attitude, resilience, and strong organizational skills.
