We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who is ready to take the next step in their career, bringing their expertise from accounting firms into a dynamic, international company where their talent will make a true impact.

Why this role matters

As our Accounting Specialist, you will be a key partner in ensuring financial clarity and accuracy for both our Mexican and French operations. Your work will directly support leaders and shareholders in making strategic, confident decisions that drive our growth.

This isn’t just about processes, it’s about being a voice of trust and precision, while also contributing new ideas to evolve the way we manage finance at SAMES.

Your main challenges will be to :

  • Maintain clear and accurate accounting records aligned with French and Mexican calendars.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Lead annual closings for both France and Mexico.
  • Ensure compliance with  SAT, IMSS, and Infonavit  requirements.
  • Manage  PTU and Christmas bonus processes .
  • Support and attend  audits  with order and transparency.
  • Calculate federal taxes  (IMSS, Infonavit, SAT, ISR).
  • Contribute to the preparation of the company’s budget.
  • Oversee online procedures and registrations on IMSS and Infonavit platforms.

What we’re looking for in you :

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Accounting .
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an  accounting firm  (we value the solid technical and analytical base this provides).
  • Proficiency in  CONTPAQi  (non-negotiable).
  • Knowledge of Mexican taxes and fiscal obligations (desirable).
  • Advanced Excel and English.
  • A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and openness to suggest better ways of doing things.
