Main tasks

• Safety and quality awareness, strong execution, strong learning and hands-on ability.
• Support in the control and optimization process in order to improve the production efficiency, quality and safety.
• Continuous improvement for each problem of process.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documents (such as flow chart, P-FMEA, working instruction)
• Review technical drawings and documentation.
• Support maintenance engineer to maintain equipment and fixture.
• Support for launch the localization program and carry over program with the engineers.
• Regularly carry out experience summary sharing, optimize the process, and constantly learn new ideas, new knowledge, new tools.
• Support for collect & analyze production data to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
• Learn and Support to the engineer the analysis of the production data to solve the daily production problem timely.

Qualification

Education : Currently studying major in machinery / mechatronics or electronics is preferred.

Intermediate English Level is required.
