We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Cloud Operations team, specialising in leading Agile transformation initiatives applying SAFe frameworks. As a consultant and Agile practitioner, you will support complex delivery projects, develop Agile teams, and mentor junior colleagues. Your role will focus on enabling cloud adoption through effective Agile delivery and collaboration with clients to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to Agile delivery teams adopting SAFe and Agile best practices.
• Assist in building and coaching Agile teams for cloud migration and deployment projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design Agile operating models and workflows.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops to align teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report Agile metrics to monitor team performance and transformation progress.
• Mentor junior team members in Agile principles and cloud delivery processes.
• Work alongside consultants and managers to foster continuous improvement in Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in relevant fields (Computer Science, IT, Business, or related disciplines).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in IT, Computer Science, Business or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Agile delivery or consulting, ideally with exposure to SAFe frameworks.
• SAFe certification (Leading SAFe) or other Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working within Agile teams supporting cloud or technology transformations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and client engagement skills.
