Summary
The Employee Communications Lead is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing the internal communication strategy that aligns business objectives with company culture, values, and employee engagement. In a dynamic and multicultural environment, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. In addition to defining guidelines and priorities, the role involves direct participation in planning, writing, developing materials, and managing channels to ensure effective, consistent, and timely communications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the internal communication strategy (2025–2027), aligned with the company’s culture, values, and business priorities.
Plan and execute campaigns, corporate messages, recognition programs, and organizational change projects.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all channels and materials.
Be hands-on and actively involved in content creation, key messaging, and visual materials.
Manage and optimise internal communication channels, including the intranet (SharePoint), Microsoft Teams, newsletters, digital screens, mass emails, and events, among others.
Collaborate with various functional areas to align strategic messages with business realities.
Monitor reach, engagement, and perception metrics; generate reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Oversee the publication calendar and message distribution, ensuring timeliness, quality, and compliance.
Coordinate the adaptation and translation of global campaigns, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistency.
Propose new formats, tools, and approaches to enhance the employee experience.
