Overview

Entry Level Electrical Engineer (Mexico) at Belcan – Queretaro, MX. This is a full-time, on-site position with full benefits.

To be considered, a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and 1–2 years of related experience are required. Responsibilities include ownership and management of gas turbine hardware and related controls.

Responsibilities

Interface with suppliers for developing gas turbine controls hardware and systems.
Management of owned controls hardware and systems.
Understand and review technical specifications and drawings.
Address quality / manufacturing actions for gas turbine controls hardware.
Address design changes for gas turbine controls hardware.
Present technical material to review boards.
Identify and clearly communicate technical issues with teammates and co-workers.

Required Qualifications

BS degree in Electrical Engineering.

1–2 years of directly related experience.

Understanding of component design and processes.

Understanding of requirement generation.

Experience with supplier management.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Self-motivated, adaptable, highly organized, with excellent communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

GE, Safran or other aerospace industry experience.

Willingness to travel; a valid US visa is preferred.
