Talent Acquisition Sr. Specialist – Entertainment Industry (Mexico City HQ + Multi-Site Operations)

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Sr. Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and act as a strategic business partner to internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is critical in ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires the right talent while strengthening its employer brand across markets.

As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for driving recruitment excellence, stakeholder management, and employer branding strategies . A core objective of this role is to guarantee an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey , ensuring every interaction reflects our values and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment : from requisition, sourcing, and interviews to offers and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and talent priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, universities, and direct search.
• Lead employer branding initiatives across social media and institutional partnerships.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all stages of the process.
• Provide insights, metrics, and recommendations to continuously optimize recruitment practices.
