Specialized Payroll Analyst

About the RoleThis is a specialized payroll position that involves collaboration with various departments, including Finance, Human Resources, and Compliance.The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing payroll data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities : Analyze payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and suggest solutions to stakeholders.Maintain accurate documentation of reporting procedures and data sources.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resources, finance, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a US environment.Familiarity with ADP GlobalView and SmartCompliance Reporting.Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) accreditation or willingness to obtain.We're looking for an individual who can drive data integrity and process efficiency within our organization.
