SKILLS / EXPERIENCE :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT operations and support.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Experience in managing IT projects and teams.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with IT service management tools
• Location Cuajimalpa (hybrid work).
• Conversational English required.

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION :

The Associate Manager, IT Operations and Support is responsible for overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring smooth and efficient system and application performance. Manage a team of IT professionals, provide guidance, and develop IT policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards. And collaborate with other departments to address IT-related issues and offer technical support to end users.
