Location : Mexico City - We work Lomas de Chapultepec

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in contact centers.
  • Over 2 years of experience in quality assurance for Spanish-speaking calls.
  • Proven experience interacting with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Background in process improvement, operational excellence, or transactional quality.
  • Familiarity with MS PowerPoint, Visio, and MicroStrategy is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and manage queries using Boolean and temporal logic to support analysis objectives.
  • Analyze query results and call listening data to develop business cases.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on analysis findings.
  • Collaborate with clients to review and discuss presented data and results.
