Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join a cross-functional team focused on building and delivering high-quality software solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to design robust automation frameworks, ensure testing excellence, and continuously improve the software development lifecycle.

Location : Remote (Latin America only); English level required : B2+ or C1

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA, software development, and product management to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products.
• Design, maintain, and enhance automated testing, monitoring, and quality assurance processes across all SDLC phases (integration, regression, smoke, production, etc.).
• Investigate and monitor software issues to identify root causes and propose data-driven improvements.
• Lead and organize exploratory, automated, and regression testing efforts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to fellow team members.
