We are looking for an

Employee Support Specialist – Leaves & Accommodations

• Bachelor's Degree pr equivalent in Human Resources or field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources.
• 2+ years of experience in

leaves and accommodation

s.

Strong proficiency in laws and regulations, including FMLA, and ADA.

Duties :

Manage leave of absence (STD, LOA, FMLA, Workers' Comp, etc.) and accommodation (medical and religious) cases in partnership with the Company's third-party providers, where applicable.

Escalate within various levels of leadership and Legal, when appropriate.

Handle employee inquiries
