As a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you'll collaborate directly with the Plant Director to drive performance and embed Operational Excellence. • What you'll do
• Lead plant finance role with responsibility for delivering targeted results
• Main driver and change agent for strategic initiatives (e.g. Operational Excellence )
• Lead business and financial reporting activities, estimates and analysis (AOP)
• Capital planning owner (CAPEX)
• Perform tactical analysis to support solid plant decision making
• Provide the sponsorship required for cross-functional projects to succeed and assure required resources for initiation and completion of projects in the plant
• Support Plant director with information about cost and projects
• Provide on time information to Plant Management and Staff personnel to take decision and proper short / long term planning
• What We’re Looking For
• Completed degree in Accountant, Economy or Administration
• Fluent English
• Minimum 10 years of experience (minimum 5 years in lead management role)
• Minimum 3-5 years direct manufacturing experience (3-5 years financial analysis experience)
• A visible and passionate leader with personal courage to recommend / make difficult decisions
• Able to interface seamlessly with the Plant Leadership and associates on the shop floor
