Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of our global team, you will be responsible for managing customer service satisfaction and KPIs in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement service policies, processes, and content.
  • Manage market product reputation information and quality issues.
  • Lead a local service team of agents and service providers, handling customer complaints in Latin America.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of relevant service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong logical thinking, and goal-oriented approach.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and execution, capable of driving teams to achieve goals.
  • Proficient in Chinese or English communication, with strong stress resistance.
