Lead Engineering Team for Complex Projects

About this role :

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to lead a team of engineers responsible for the quality and timely delivery of complex engineering projects.

Key responsibilities include learning and utilizing process simulators like Hysys, training and developing an empowered engineering team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing projects using project management tools, and submitting technical deliverables on time.

Requirements :

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical, Instrumental, or Chemical Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering or similar functions, with at least 2 years as a supervisor / team leader
• Fluency in English required
• Hands-on experience with Instrument datasheets, wiring, and ASME pressure vessel code preferred
• Knowledge of process simulators like Hysys / Unisim and domain knowledge in process engineering & seal systems
