We are currently seeking a QA Test lead to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and support Quality Assurance Staff and testing resources
• Best Practices
• Policies and Procedures
• Standards
• Lead by example
• Approach conflict in a constructive way
• In addition to identifying problems, actively participate in finding solutions
• Be a leader in Change
• Collect Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Information and provide to leadership (weekly)
• Assist team members with questions as first line of support with escalations to management, as needed
• Lead stand up / team meetings as requested by manager
• Actively participate in Quality Assurance Department meetings
• Evaluate and recommend products and / or tools for quality assurance testing
• Contribute to leadership meetings, like QA Ops & strategy meetings
• Review and provide feedback on documentation from QA Leadership
