Project Director Position
The Project Director is a crucial member of our team responsible for driving the planning and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves overseeing cross-functional projects in areas such as accounts payable, billing, payroll, customer service, and others.
This position requires prior experience with project management principles, agile methodologies, and risk management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to present project status to senior executives effectively.
Key responsibilities include :
- Prioritize, lead, manage, and deliver end-to-end project lifecycles for strategic initiatives in collaboration with subject matter experts and corporate leaders.
- Monitor and report project portfolio performance according to organizational standards.
- Develop project management skills among team members to enhance operational excellence.
Required qualifications include :
At least 10 years of experience, with 5 years in a project management role within shared services, technology, or software development environments.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a related field, with proficiency in agile methodologies and PMI frameworks.Ability to work in a bilingual environment, presenting project status to VPs and C-level executives while demonstrating solid stakeholder management and communication skills.Desirable skills and qualifications include :
Proficiency with relevant platforms and tools, such as ERP systems, HRIS, MS Office Suite, and MS Teams.Experience with SDLC projects.Soft skills required include :
