Finance Intern

Duties & Responsibilities

The RTR Intern is a key role for the organization and will perform accounting and administrative functions in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of accounting and financial records. Main responsibilities :

• Process and post journal entries within the agreed timeframe, maintaining high service quality and efficiency.
• Reconcile Balance sheet accounts.
• Resolution of aged balances.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to produce reports, both monthly and ad-hoc ones
• Month end closing activities.
• Ensure proper intercompany balancing.
• Participate in emerging projects - e.g. process transitions, continuous improvements, procedures standardization, etc.
• Other duties as assigned (possibly supporting other areas like : Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable).
