Overview of the position :

Generate benchmark of incentive market, provide analysis and trends to sales and F&I management

Typical tasks :

1. Monthly benchmark of competitors on sales, KIA Finance and cash programs in order to react or challenge our sales budget.

2. Daily applications, credit and closing report in order to provide data of perspectives, trends and forecast.

3. Generate sales tools in order to be deployed by training team and boost our sales programs.

Qualifications :

• Finance / Actuary / Industrial Engineer bachelor’s degree or similar
• Areas of experience : Incentives, Data analysis, Benchmark
• Advanced Excel (Macros) & SAP basic, desirable PowerBI or Tableau
• Years of experience : 2
• Fluent English
