Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Cost Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial records and accounts personnel.

Main Responsibilities :

Develop and implement annual business plans
Analyze actual costs against standard costs and budgets
Prepare and analyze plant month-end reports
Track target costs and identify areas for improvement
Conduct detailed budget analysis to eliminate wasteful spending
Monitor key performance indicators
Analyze and control investment programs
Provide cost controlling leadership
Manage fixed assets, including depreciation and capitalization

Required Skills & Qualifications :

English proficiency is essential

Able to work independently with strong time management skills

Experience in plant controlling activities and product cost calculation

Inventory control and reconciliation expertise

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and report writing skills

Data analysis and interpretation abilities

Knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and SAP experience

Multitasking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company
