Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a Support Engineer to join our IT operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvement.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor infrastructure, applications, and security alerts using tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus .
  • Perform daily health checks and support planned change validations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents following SOPs; escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Document all actions in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow ) and provide clear updates during shift handovers .
  • Contribute to improving documentation and optimizing alerts.

Skills & requirements

  • 6 years of experience in NOC, helpdesk, or IT operations .
  • Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) .
  • Familiarity with Linux commands and incident management processes.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) to communicate with global teams and vendors.
  • Availability for on-call duties .
  • Nice to have :

  • Previous experience in critical 24 / 7 operations environments .
  • Hands-on with Datadog, Splunk, ServiceNow .
  • Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
