Core responsibilities include drafting and transmitting contracts, processing broker and counterparty confirmations, and maintaining internal status reports for outstanding trades.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a small-team environment, ensuring all tasks are completed in alignment with Hartree's established processes.

Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and sound judgment in determining when to escalate issues are essential.

Candidates should also demonstrate curiosity beyond their immediate tasks, ask thoughtful questions related to their role, and consistently apply effective decision-making skills.Job Responsibilities : Collaborate within a small team of analysts primarily responsible for generating, preparing, and reviewing various commodity terms related but not limited to Power, Gas, Crude Oil, and petroleum productsReconcile trade details across internal systems against broker and counterparty confirmationsObtain necessary internal approvals in a timely mannerCoordinate with various internal teams to resolve discrepancies in contract termsAnalyze any proposed changes to deal terms, ensuring alignment with company standardsLiaise daily with regional offices and escalate any contract-related issuesDistribute daily Contract Status Reports for management review Support special projects and initiatives assigned by managementJob Requirements : B.A. degree or equivalentMinimum one-year of relevant experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required; familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI is a plusMust possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with proficiency in both spoken and written English (Proven C1 or higher level)Demonstrates strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasksPrevious experience with commodities or contract management is a plus.Experience in Tempest, Allegro, CXL, Econfirm, BunkerTech, and / or Epsilon is a plus
