Responsabilidades

Manage operational WHSE reports assuring accuracy and times to be delivered, providing deep analysis and potential improvements. Board of Directors meeting and Shareholders reporting activities are also considered as key documents for the HSEQ Manager.

Understand Mexican regulatory framework and address actions and elements that could potentially have an impact on company assets and financial and operative behavior.

Collaborate on ESG initiatives and reports. Act as Company contact point with social actors and communities.

Represent the organization before authorities in the field of Safety and Health.

Propose action plans, preventive, corrective and improvement actions.

Promote teamwork and coordinate training programs, communication, and safety and health strategies.

Manage the Safety and Health Management System, including risk analysis (Job Safety Analysis), change management, and development of operational and emergency procedures.

Implement control tools such as work permits, inspections, audits, and operational discipline.

Maintain a record and analysis of incidents and accidents, as well as proactive and reactive indicators.

Coordinate self-assessments, internal audits, and certification processes.

Stay updated on international regulations and applicable legal changes.

Prepare periodic management reports and internal communication.

Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Previous relevant experience in WHSQ activities within solar, wind technologies or oil&gas.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles or positions.

Excellent level of English (written and spoken).

Ability to analyze, summarize, evaluate and communicate accurately and effectively.

Ability to manage challenging timelines and tasks, coordinating with third parties.

Travel expected : + 50%

Leadership, strategic thinking, proactiveness and resolute personality.

Ability to work remotely with the businesss O&M Director.

Analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of technical, regulatory, and normative aspects related to safety, health, and the environment (e.g., STPS, SEMARNAT, OSHA, EPA, NIOSH).

Experience with STPS Self-Management programs.

Ability to interact and communicate with authorities (e.g., STPS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA).

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, and similar standards.

Knowledge of standards, laws, and other legal or corporate requirements related to the environment, health, and safety.

Advanced command of MS Office (e.g., Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
