Process Engineer, Network Losses, Central Functions - Rest of the World (RoW)

Overview

Are you looking for the opportunity to create substantial impact on business profitability through reduction of business wastes in operations? The Network Losses (NL) reduction role spans RoW markets and focuses on reducing network losses arising from shrinkage, damage, concessions, or a combination of these within operations across the supply chain and in close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers (FC) / transportation Operations, Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Security & Loss Prevention (SL&P), Products, Customer Service (CS) and Resolutions CX (RCX) business partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding and hands-on experience of operational processes across supply chain.
• Deep dive and analyze operational data to identify root causes for losses; invent or replicate solutions and track impact.
• Improve operational processes by standardizing metrics, processes, and SOPs across RoW markets related to network losses.
• Drive product implementation in operations and / or operational process solutions to eliminate losses.
