We’re looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through inside sales, marketing initiatives, and strong customer relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of customers, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with distribution partners to promote Brady’s industry-leading Safety and Industrial products .
Responsibilities :
- Generate revenue through Inside Sales & Marketing efforts primarily over phone and using web-enabled technologies and processes
- Handle customer orders and give excellent customer service,
- Follow Brady’s guiding values,
- Actively work for continuous improvement together with other employees,
- To continuously keep up and follow up a high delivery performance and low costs.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business within your territory.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely order management.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate Brady solutions.
- Cross-sell the full Brady product portfolio to maximize opportunities.
- Train and motivate distribution partners on Brady products and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to evaluate market trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in sales councils, trade shows, and national meetings.
- Maintain strong delivery performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.2+ years of sales experience (inside or field sales).Background in Safety and / or Industrial Markets.Strong knowledge of Brady Americas products.Bilingual – English required.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Willingness to travel as needed.
