We are looking for a Manager of Engineering – LV MCC. This position will be based in Queretaro, Mexico. The Manager of LV MCC Operations Engineering will lead our engineering team in the design and implementation of LV MCC (Low Voltage Motor Control Center) systems and solutions, overseeing the entire operations engineering process to deliver high-quality LV MCC solutions that meet client specifications, operation requirements and industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineering managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and manufacturing, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Drive the design and development of LV MCC systems and solutions in coordination with the Sales engineering team, including schematics creation and layout design.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout the engineering process.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful project completion.
• Review and establish engineering processes and documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving engineering-related issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical power system engineering, and incorporate relevant advancements into our engineering processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team, promoting innovation, efficiency, and excellence in all aspects of electrical power system design and development.
