Job Description
You Have
- The ability to work fully on-site in CDMX (insurgentes)
- 3+ years of prior experience working in a B2B sales capacity
- Language requirements : Spanish & English B2+ (intermediate-advance)
- A passion for customer experience
- Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience using email, phone and video tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
You Will
Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base while providing accurate weekly / monthly / quarterly sales forecastsAchieve defined metrics by promoting the sale of services to a portfolio of strategic channel engagement partnersConduct monthly / quarterly consultative reviews and health checks analyzing our needsMaintain overall health of channel, ensuring high satisfaction levels, with constant evaluation of channel experience and use feedback to make improvements.Guide calls with channel partner to share best practices, promote channel programs and strategic growth opportunities to expand businessCreate training to the sales team, sharing important insights and promoting the unique value and benefits of productsManage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each dayWork with teams and management to improve sales processes and achieve a positive customer experienceMaintain a high level of CRM hygiene to ensure all relevant data is captured.
