We are responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of AI systems by analyzing data, refining AI training processes, and translating user feedback into actionable insights. We are seeking detail-oriented Language Specialists with a passion for language and a knack for analysis. You will use your linguistic expertise and analytical skills to evaluate and improve AI systems, focusing on data quality, user feedback, and how AI communicates. While deep language skill is key, an interest in technology and new technical skills is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate language data in English for quality, accuracy, and nuance.
• Assess AI system outputs and user interactions, providing detailed feedback.
• Contribute to refining prompts (instructions for AI) to get better results.
• Identify patterns and insights from user feedback to help improve AI.
